Registration Terms
Cancellation and Refunds
Conference cancellations must be notified in writing (post/fax/email) to the Seminar Organiser. Cancellations received before 1st May 2026 will incur an $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued from 1 May2026 onwards, unless for exceptional circumstances.
Payment
The preferred payment option is by direct credit – bank account details are included on all supplied invoices. It is also possible to add a Purchase Order (PO) number to any invoices – this is an option available in the Payment screen. Payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) can be made through the PayPal option provided – 3.75% transaction fee. Payment can also be made through an existing PayPal account (free to set-up – www.paypal.com) – also a 3.75% transaction fee.
